So I decided to make Black Bottom Cuppy cakes (Chocolate with creamy cheese filling) today and yay! They were a success! Lesson learn, never ever be a smart alex and tikum your ingredients. My maid (what? she never trusted me to prepare the ingredients) always just added till what she thought was all right and most of the times the cake sucked. So yeaaaah follow the booko. Hahahah.

The cousin made brownies, which were chewy and very sweet. Just the way she wanted it. Nice! The batter was really watery (like mine hahaha) at first but yeah they turn out just greaaaaat!

Went to meet liexiang after washing up and I brought along like a lot of fried salmon and my cupcakes of course. Hahahah. Amacham picnic siol! Anyway, we walked down to siglap to meet hengyu and ate on the way.



So ok I was like using wooden chopsticks to eat the salmon and may I just say, whoever invented the way to use chopsticks way, you're an idiot. YOUR WAY SO HARD CAN. Crazy, how to pick up the food like that! I love the chopstick (damm fun to use) really but it's so hard to eat with lah! And ohhhh! You know during Chinese family dinner where we have to use chopsticks to eat our food? I ALWAYS wonder how the hell do the adults use the chopstick to eat the rice? I use the soupspoon. But they, they just use the chopsticks. It's so amazing. Ok maybe not & maybe I'm just noob but FORK FOR LIFE.

Anyway (holy, I just wrote a whole paragraph about chopsticks -_-) met hengyu and he wasn't 30mins late again! Not baaaaad. HAHAHA. Followed him to cold storage to shop for groceries. He's gonna make his "famous" OC cheesecake for his dad on fathers day. I just hope your dad don't go oversea by then though. Lawwwll.

Took 10 to his house after that and set around his kitchen drinking apple juice and watching the boys eat. Went home like at 7 because liexiang's brother is going to africa. Ok I'm gonna look up at more recipe now. I'm like in total cooking/baking mode after today. HAHAHA, ciao!

And can we watch F4 tomorrow pretty please?
